  • Asbestos Removal and Demolition — Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Main Building, West Palm Beach, Florida. $24,000,000 Project took over a year to complete. Mechanical demolition with daily personnel monitoring protocols.
  • 2000
  • Ocean Tower One – Key Biscayne, Florida, April 2000, John Hinson, Owner. Retained by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida for explosive demolition. Monitoring and arson investigation in conjunction with Dade County Fire Department and Key Biscayne Fire Department.
  • 2001
  • Hoan Bridge – Connects I-794 over Milwaukee Harbor and the Milwaukee River Inlet, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Retained by CDI and State, December 2000 for explosive demolition. Monitored bridge conditions pre- and post-demolition. Prepared high lift cranes with aircraft hydraulic fluids for final installation of explosive charges. Temperatures were 30 to 40 degrees below zero.
  • Monongahela Power LLC, Morgantown, West Virginia – Coal silo collapse with deceased inside, March 2001. One fatality. Retrieved deceased's body, prepared demolition plan. Client declined for safety and liability reasons.
  • St. Augustine, Florida — Ponce de Leon Lighthouse paint removal by mechanical demolition process, April 2001. Prepared master demolition plan. [Project awarded to a lower bidder.]
  • Florida Power & Light power generating plant, Ft. Myers, Florida, July 2001. Mechanical demolition methods. Weekly on-site monitoring for two years.
  • Gasparilla Island, Boca, Florida Power & Light fuel farm, Boca Grande Island, July 2001 — Four 1,000,000 gallon fuel tanks. Mechanical Demolition Method.
  • 2003
  • Florida Power & Light power generating plant, Sanford, Florida — Mechancial demolition method.
  • Kokomo Gas Company, Kokomo, Indiana — 5,000,000 gas holder – explosive demolition. Monitored ½-mile area with sampling pumps and collection canisters. Reported results to gas company executive committee.
  • 2005
  • Everglade Hotel, Miami, Florida — Prepare a demolition plan with pre-removal of asbestos-containing materials.
  • Key West, Florida — Prepare demolition plan for removal of sewage disposal plant.
  • Cape Canaveral Air Force Station – Launch Complex 40 & 41 — PCB paint removal pre-explosive demolition.
  • 2006
  • Department of Energy, Rocky Flats Facility, Rocky Flats, Colorado — Explosive demolition of multiple radioactive and collapsed buildings.
  • Cape Canaveral Air Force Station — Demolition of Complex 36 Gantry by explosive means / removal of PCB-containing paint. Remediation protocols pre-demolition. Demolition plan required safety department, Patrick AFB approval — was submitted and approved.
